6.00 – 6.30pm U9 Girls & Boys
6.30 – 7.00pm U11 Boys
7.00 – 7.30pm U11 Girls & U13 Girls
7.30 – 8.00pm U13 Boys
8.00 – 8.30pm U15 Girls & Boys
8.30 onwards U17 Girls & Boys
Coaches have been requested to keep speeches to a minimum.
Each age group will be invited into the hall for the start of each session and you are requested to not leave until the end of your session. We ask that you do not talk during the presentations.
Winter Registrations
Existing 2014/15 Summer players have been email to re-enrol via Sporting Pulse on 24/02/15. Please check your email inbox and register for the winter season ASAP.
New players can register online at www.saintsbasketballclub.org There is a Saints App for your phone available on this website too.
Winter moves to even number age groups – U10, U12, U14, U16 etc. You cannot be turning that age before 31st December to be eligible. Eg: Child turns 10 on 31/12/15 means you would play U12.
Winter 2015 Season birth year requirements:
U20 1996/1997 if numbers support a competition
U18 1998/1999
U16 2000/2001
U14 2002/2003
U12 2004/2005
U10 2006/2007
MBA rules state that you must play your correct age group first. You can fill in an age group provided you meet the following rules. Failure to comply will result in an automatic loss recorded for the team. Please consider this if you are getting someone to fill in:
B player can play up an age group in A, AR or B
A player can only play up an age group in A or AR
If you have an injury during the season that may put you at risk of playing in finals (7 games) then a medical certificate is required and must be submitted to the MBA prior to the last game of the season to apply.
You can all appreciate the difficult and time consuming task to allocate teams for the coordinators over the Easter holidays and they are volunteers and have families too. Therefore:
All players must be registered in Sporting pulse by 27th March 2015 or you could miss being allocated to your existing team.
Any special requests for the winter season must be emailed to the relevant coordinator by 27th March 2015 to be considered for the winter season.

Note: Training venues are very limited to all Clubs and therefore allocation of training slots within the MBA available stadiums is very difficult for our coordinators to distribute. If you have access to outside courts or an indoor venue we encourage your team to organise your own training too.
We are requesting everyone this year to register prior to the presentation night. There are three options to pay for the winter season:

Costs
Early Bird $200 (ends 27/3/15) Each additional family member receives a $10 discount.
From 28/3/15 Late fees $215 1st child and $205 for additional family members
Uniforms
Please refer to website for uniform opening times in the first week of term 2. If you require a uniform outside of these times, please contact uniform@saintsbasketballclub.org.
A new order of Hoodies (Cost $60) has arrived. If you would like to purchase at Presentation night, can you email your approximate size to ensure availability on the night.
